Insert the small conical shaped nozzle end into the cavities separating the bearings and using air pressure pump in grease until you see it come out the bottom of the bearing. NOTE: Do this on a piece of clean plastic so that you can rub the excess grease on the outside of the bearings making your bearing full of nice new grease lubricant.
